Roast Stuffed Pork Steak

This is one of those dinners that looks impressive, but because all the effort is earlier, you still look cool and relaxed when it actually gets to dinnertime.
You need:
1 x Pork Steak
1 x Pkg of Parma Ham (we get ours in Aldi)

An Easy One to Start - Philadelphia Cheesesteak

This is one of our favourites for when we want something tasty and easy, but will really stick to the ribs.
For two people, you need:
1 twin-pack of part-baked demi-baguette (if you’re coeliac/wheat intolerant, stick it on a baked potato)
